Overview
The GWO Advanced Rescue hub, inside blade and spinner rescue (HIBSR) provides learners with the skills and knowledge to perform entry-type casualty rescue operations in a wind turbine using industry standard rescue equipment, methods and techniques, exceeding the techniques delivered during the GWO working at height course.

Learning Outcomes
- Perform rescue operations in a wind turbine hub, inside the blade and spinner using industry standard rescue equipment, methods and techniques.
- Utilise safe and suitable (certified or structural) anchor points, lifting angles, deviation, and edge protection for the rescue equipment
- Perform rescue operations as a rescuer and asa coordinator applying clear communication and recognising hazards (mitigating as appropriate).
