- Roles & Responsibilities of a First Aider
- Incident Assessment – Scene Safety & Accident Procedure
- Management of a Casualty (Breathing & Non-Breathing)
- Safe Airway Positions (considering slopes, temperature, wind direction, and strong sunlight)
- Actions When Assistance is More Than 30 Minutes Away
- CPR & Use of an AED
- Assisting a Choking Casualty
- Management of Bleeding & Wounds
- Managing Shock & Seizures
- Treatment of Minor Workplace Injuries
Additional +F content includes:
- Life-Threatening Bleeding (chainsaw injury): haemostatic dressings, tourniquets, wound packing
- Crush Injury Response
- Hypothermia Recognition & Treatment
- Lyme Disease Awareness
